Often mistaken for Rick’s beautiful adopted daughter, Tilda brings an innate sense of style and sophistication to the well-oiled machine that is R Squared. Tilda was an advertising assistant, public relations coordinator and national sales support coordinator for Del Webb Corporation. She has been with the agency since 1992. With a Bachelor's degree in nutrition & soon to be a Master's in physical education from Arizona State University, she helps keep the business on a balanced diet of revenue and expenditures.
